Tonight Matthew I'm mostly going to be Bennett Halverson.
My attempts at modern dance have left me with what seems to be an injury to my bicep tendon in my right arm.
So I have a Tubigrip bandage from shoulder to lower arm and a sexy sling so that I can rest my arm and not twist it.
I am also off my tits on NSAIDS.
Sadly, no writing and this is it for the blog for now xxx
